Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents 1 to 6. It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the question, which falls for consideration in the present writ petition, is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.16274 of 2017 and batch and the same is not disputed by the learned Government Pleader for Revenue. Following the order dated 14.07.2017 in W.P.No.16274 of 2017 and batch and for the reasons stated therein, this writ petition is disposed of in terms thereof. The Registry is directed to append a copy of order dated 14.07.2017 in W.P.No.16274 of 2017 and batch to this order. No costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
