This writ petition is premature, much less to give a direction to accord final permission to the cell tower installed on the premises of the petitioner by the 3rd respondent-Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd., since the very provisional permission accorded is in challenge by the 4th respondent herein as a petitioner in another W.P.No.10349 of 2015. 3.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of by left open such remedy in future if at all to make a representation initially under Rule 5 of the G.O.Ms.No.146, dated 19.06.2015, by the petitioner. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
