CVNR, J SA 1404/2017 JUDGMENT:

This second appeal arises out of judgment and decree dt.01.09.2017 in A.S. No.50 of 2011 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Chodavaram.

On 22.12.2017 the counsel for the appellants was not present. Therefore, the case was adjourned to today. Even today, when the case is called, no one represented the appellants. The repeated absence of the counsel for the appellants shows that the parties are not interested in their cause in the second appeal.
