The petitioner challenges the action of respondents in not granting/renewing the licence to him as commission agent. It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that in similar circumstances, this Court disposed of WP.No.38462 of 2017 dated 15-11-2017. The same is not disputed by Sri Ch.Srinivas, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 4 and 5.

In view of the same, following the same, this writ petition is disposed of and the 5th respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's application for grant of commission agent licence without reference to G.O.Ms.No.57, Agriculture & Cooperation (AM-II) Department, dated 12-10-2015 but by applying the norms in G.O.Ms.No.190, Agriculture and Cooperation (MKTG.I) Department, dated 06-04-1994 and communicate its decision to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
