ADDL. PUBLIC PRSOECUTOR (TS) The Court made the following ORDER:

"This Criminal Petition, under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/accused No.1, for grant of bail in Crime No.150 of 2017 on the file of the Nadigudem Police Station, Suryapet District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A read with 34 of I.P.C. and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961. Later, basing on the statements of L.Ws.2 to 11, the police added Section 307 of I.P.C. to the existing penal provisions in this crime.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/accused No.1, learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-State and perused the record. 3.

As per the material record, the petitioner/accused No.1 was remanded to judicial custody on 21.10.2017. Major part of the investigation is completed. There is no point in further detaining the petitioner/accused No.1 in judicial custody. Under these circumstances, the petitioner/accused No.1 can be enlarged on bail under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. on some conditions.

Accordingly, the petitioner/accused No.1 is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties in a like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Kodad. On such release, the petitioner/accused No.1 shall report before the Station House Officer, Nadigudem Police Station, Suryapet District, on every Sunday between 08:00 AM and 10:00 AM, till filing of the chargesheet.

5. The Criminal Petition is, accordingly, allowed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed."
