Heard.

Having regard to the nature of accusations and infantry stage of investigation, it is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The police shall follow the due process under Section 41-A of Cr.P.C. while conducting investigation.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed. As a sequel there to, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
