Counsel for petitioners seeks to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file an application under Section 9 of the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbook Act, 1971 before the 2nd respondent challenging the mutation made in favour of third parties as well as issuance of pattadar pass book and title deed to them.

Granting liberty as sought, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
