Sri Venkata Narasimha Reddy, learned counsel representing Sri V.Venu Madhav, learned counsel for the petitioners, having argued for some time, seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition. Leave granted.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn leaving it open to the petitioners to avail appropriate remedies in accordance with law before the proper forum and not by way of a writ petition. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
