Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri N.Siva Reddy, learned counsel appearing for the 6th respondent and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Land Acquisition. It is stated that the lis in the writ petition is squarely covered by order of this Court in WP.No.16274 of 2017 and Batch dated 14-07-2017 and the same is not disputed by learned Assistant Government Pleader for Land Acquisition. Following the aforesaid order and for the reasons recorded therein, the writ petition is also disposed of on the same lines to that of WP.No.16274 of 2017 and Batch, dated 14-07-2017. The Registry is directed to append the order dated 14-07-2017 in WP.No.16274 of 2017 and Batch to this order.
