The case of the petitioner is that she is having valid authorization to run the fair price shop. Inspite of the same, the respondents are not supplying stocks on the ground of inspection made by the 6th respondent.

Heard both sides.

As long as, the petitioner's fair price shop authorization is valid and subsisting, the respondents are obligated to supply the stocks to the petitioner for distribution to the cardholders. In view of the same, the respondents 2 and 3 are directed to supply the stocks to the petitioner, as long as her authorization to run the fair price shop is valid and subsisting. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
