THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.47214 of 2018 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed aggrieved by the action of the respondents in not permitting the petitioners to run their theatres as per the rates mentioned in their applications, dated 18.12.2018. It is stated by the learned Counsel for the petitioners that the issue is squarely covered by the Order, dated 31.10.2016, in W.P.No.19046 of 2014 and Batch, and Order, dated 13.04.2017 in WPMP No.16343 of 2017 in W.P.No.18779 of 2014. The same is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

In view of the same, for the reasons alike in the aforesaid Orders, this Writ Petition is also disposed of, in terms of the aforesaid orders. No order as to costs.

Office is directed to append a copy of Order, dated 31.10.2016 in W.P.No.19046 of 2014 and Batch, and Order, dated 13.04.2017 in WPMP No.16343 of 2017 in W.P.No.18779 of 2014 to this Order.
