This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner/ defendant No.2, seeking a direction to the learned Senior Civil Judge, Jagtial, to dispose of O.S.No.188 of 2013, pending on its file, expeditiously.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/ defendant No.2 and perused the record. 3 .

In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court that O.S.No.188 of 2013 pending on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Jagtial, is yet at the stage of trial. It is also brought to the notice of this Court that respondent No.1 herein/ plaintiff filed another suit in O.S.No.57 of 2008 before the same Court against the respondent No.2 herein, her husband and another and that in the said suit also, trial is not yet completed. A request is made by both the learned counsel to direct the learned Senior Civil Judge, Jagtial, to dispose of both the suits expeditiously.

Acceding to the request made by the learned counsel for both the sides, the learned Senior Civil Judge, Jagtial, is directed to dispose of O.S.No.188 of 2013 and

O.S.No.57 of 2008, pending on its file, within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The Civil Revision Petition is disposed accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this CRP, shall stand closed.
