Korutla, Jagtial District, rep. by its Public Prosecutor, High Court at Hyderabad, Hyderabad. Respondent/Complainant Petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. praying that in the circumstances stated in the grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to enlarge the Petitioners/Accused No.1 to 5 on bail in the event of their arrest in connection with Crime No. 221/2011 on the file of P.S. Korutla, Karimnagar District presently in Jagtial District. The Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri C.Hari Preeth, Advocate for the Petitioners and of the Addl. Public Prosecutor (TG) for the Respondent, the Court made the following ORDER:
" This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/A.1 to A.5 under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to them in Crime No.221 of 2011 of Koratla Police Station, Karimnagar District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 353 I.P.C.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/A.1 to A.5, learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-State, and perused the record. 3.
During the course of submissions, it has come to light that these petitioners have obstructed the work that was being carried on at the instance of the de facto complainant/Commissioner of Koratla Municipality. It is alleged that the petitioners have deterred the staff of the Koratla Municipality. The crime pertains to the year 2011. The petitioners have got permanent abode and landed property at Koratla town, Jagtial District. 4.
Having regard to the nature of allegations levelled against the petitioners/A.1 to A.5 and the circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners/A.1 to A.5 under Section 438 Cr.P.C. 5.
Accordingly, the petitioners/A.1 to A.5 are directed to surrender before the Station House Officer, Koratla Police Station, Jagtial District, within a period of 15 days from the date of this order. On such surrender, the Station House Officer, Koratla Police Station, Jagtial District, shall release the petitioners/A.1 to A.5 on bail on their executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) each with two sureties in a like sum each to his satisfaction. On release, the petitioners/A.1 to A.5 shall report before the said Station House Officer, Koratla Police Station, Jagtial District, on every Sunday between 8-00 a.m. and 10-00 a.m. till filing of the charge sheet. The petitioners/A.1 to A.5 shall also abide by the conditions stipulated in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. and cooperate with the investigating officer in the investigation of the case.
