ORDER:

Petitioner claims to be the owner of land to an extent of Ac.0.41 cents in Sy.No.227/1 of Buvvanapalli village, Nidamarru Mandal in West Godavari district. Petitioner alleges that without adhering to due process of law, his land is sought to be utilized for laying road and the same is illegal.

Learned standing counsel produced photocopy of instructions furnished to him by the Panchayat Secretary Grade-I Gram Panchayat.

A reading of the said letter would show that no proposals are made for laying of CC road in the land claimed by the petitioner. 4.
