ORDER

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.211 of 2017 of Inthegar Gunj Police Station, Warangal, Warangal District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 420 read with Section 34 IPC, against the petitioners/A1 to A3 on the report lodged by the 2nd respondent, on various grounds.

The Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana represented that the entire investigation is completed and the charge sheet is filed on 27.11.2017 and therefore, this Court cannot quash the proceedings in the crime stage.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioners are at liberty to challenge the charge sheet on appropriate application. 4.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand dismissed.
