THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE C.V. BHASKAR REDDY Contempt Case No.2530 of 2017 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed by the petitioners alleging wilful disobedience of the order passed by a learned Single Judge of this Court in Writ Petition No.37353 of 2012, dated 05.12.2012.

Mr. C. Raja Sekhar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, submitted that he is not pressing the Contempt Case.

On the other hand, Mr. M. Ram Mohan Reddy, learned Government Pleader for 1st respondent, submitted there is no wilful, deliberate violation on the part of the respondents of the order passed by a learned Single Judge of this Court in Writ Petition No.37353 of 2012, dated 05.12.2012.

In view of submissions, this Court is of the considered view that the cause in the Contempt Case no longer survives for adjudication.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. No costs.
