THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.43892 of 2017 O R D E R:

Petitioner contends that he preferred a Revision under Section 9 of the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbook Act, 1971 before the 2nd respondent, by sending the same by RPAD, against the endorsement dt.20.10.2016 of the 3rd respondent and that the 2nd respondent has not disposed of the said representation and had not even numbered it. 2.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents 1 to 3 states that the 2nd respondent will not only number the Revision but will also dispose it off within a period of three (03) months after giving notice to 4th respondent.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to number the Revision and dispose of the same within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving notice to the petitioner and 4th respondent, and communicate the same to the petitioner. No costs. 4.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
