HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No. 43757 of 2017 Order:

The second respondent issued Notification No.25 of 2017 on 06.02.2017 to fill up the posts of Principals (Junior Colleges) in Residential Educational Institutions Societies in the State of Telangana. The petitioner applied for the said post and appeared for the preliminary examination conducted on 10.09.2017. The case of the petitioner is that after completion of the preliminary examination, she noticed that she committed a mistake in bubbling the circles in respect of Hall ticket number in the answer sheet and in that connection she submitted a representation to the second respondent on 04.12.2017. When the said representation was not considered, the present Writ Petition is filed. This Court, in W.P.No.26845 of 2017 and batch, dated 30.11.

2017, dealt with the mistakes committed by the candidates with regard to bubbling of the circles in respect of Hall ticket numbers without affecting the merit of the candidates. It is not known whether the petitioner's case falls within the four corners of the said judgment or not. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and if the petitioner's case is covered by the said judgment the answer sheet of the petitioner shall be evaluated and the result shall be declared. If the petitioner's case is not covered by the said judgment, appropriate orders shall be passed by considering her representation. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
