THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.41493 of 2017 O R D E R:
Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had filed a Revision on 23.09.2017 under Section 9 of the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbook Act, 1971 before the 2nd respondent challenging the order dt.19.08.2017 of the 3rd respondent and that the 2nd respondent is not disposing of the same.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the 2nd respondent will dispose of the said Revision within a period of three (03) months after giving notice to the petitioner and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the Revision filed by the petitioner within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving notice to the petitioner, and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
