Heard the counsel for petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, for respondents.

The petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had applied on 06.02.2017 to the 3rd respondent in Form 6-A prescribed under the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Book Act, 1971 for issuance of pattadar pass book and title deed, and that the 3rd respondent is not taking any action thereon.

The learned Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for respondents, states that the 3rd respondent will take action on petitioner's application within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to take action on petitioner's application within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner. No order as to costs. 5.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
