HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No. 42220 of 2017 Order:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the proceedings dated 18.08.2016 of the third respondent in removing the petitioner from service as illegal and arbitrary and consequently to set aside the same and direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner into service with all consequential benefits including arrears of salary. Since there is an appeal remedy available and, in the circumstances, the petitioner is permitted to avail the said remedy within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to observe that the petitioner is entitled to raise all pleas that are available under law in the appeal to be preferred and the appellate authority shall consider the same.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
