Heard the counsel for petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, for respondents.

The grievance of petitioner is that petitioner had applied for survey on 30.10.2017 to respondent nos.4 and 5 and contends that no survey is being conducted by the said respondents. 3.
The learned Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for respondents, states that the respondent nos.4 and 5 will cause survey to be done as sought by petitioner within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of copy of the order after giving notice to all affected parties, and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner. 4.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent nos.4 and 5 to cause survey to be done as sought by petitioner within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of copy of the order after giving notice to all affected parties, and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner. No order as to costs. 5.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
