This writ petition is filed challenging the inaction of respondent No.4 in filing final report in respect of FIR No. 97 of 2010, dated 07.05.2010.

Learned Government Pleader for Home (Telangana) placed before this Court the written instructions, dated 11.12.2017, received from the Inspector of Police, Cyber Crime Police Station, Detective Department, Hyderabad and submits that a final report was filed before the Court of XII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad vide S.R.No.411/2017, dated 21.01.2017.

In view of the above, the writ petition is closed. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed. No costs.
