The writ petition is filed challenging the order in proceedings No.RDO-NDL-MIS/59/2017-DT(NDL), dated 31-10-2017, whereunder and whereby the petitioner's fair price shop authorization was suspended pending enquiry on certain allegations and the petitioner filed appeal before the appellate authority on 24-11-2017 before the 2nd respondent along with stay petition. But no orders are passed. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies. Since it is stated that appeal is pending before the 2nd respondent, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the stay petition/appeal within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
