This petition is filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners-A2 and A3 for the offence alleged under Section 304-B r/w 34 IPC. 2.
Earlier bail application was dismissed by this Court, vide order, dated 05.12.2017 in Crl.P.No.11713 of 2017. There are no changes of circumstances. There is a prima facie case against the petitioners. Therefore, the petitioners-A2 and A3 are not entitled for bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C.
