THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT PETITION No.41034 OF 2017 ORDER:
The Writ Prayer reads as follows:
"...to issue an order or direction more particularly one in nature of writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ declaring the inaction of the 3rd respondent for not registering crime and not taking any action against the respondent Nos.4 & 5 is illegal, arbitrary, unjust and violation of Article 21 of the Constitution of India, consequently direct the 3rd respondent to register the crime against the respondent Nos.4 & 5 and take action as per law." I have perused the complaint dated 30.10.2017. The Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that Crime No.246 of 2017 has been registered and the crime will be investigated expeditiously, preferably within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
Statement is placed on record and accepted.
Writ Petition is disposed of, accordingly.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
