This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, 'Cr.P.C), is filed by the petitioner/A.3, for grant of anticipatory bail in Crime No.112 of 2018 of Rama Krishnapur Police Station, Ramagundam District, registered for the offences punishable under Section 498 A IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/A.3, the learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State and perused the record.

This is the second bail application. This Court dismissed the earlier bail application of the petitioner vide order, dated 02.12.2018, passed in Crl.P.No.12669 of 2018, after elaborately dealing with the contentions raised before this Court. The gravity of offence alleged is high. No changed circumstances are brought to the notice of this Court to consider this bail application. 4.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
