Natwar Nagar Agarwal v. The State Of Telangana
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.13937 OF 2018 ORDER:
The petitioners/A1 and A2 seek to quash the proceedings against them in C.C.No.635 of 2013 on the file of II Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, wherein cognizance was taken for the offence under Section 506 IPC and the matter is reported to be coming up for trial. 2.
Heard.
3.
When the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for petitioners, without insisting for quashment of the proceedings, would request this Court to direct the trial court to dispose of the C.C.No.635 of 2013 expeditiously, since it is an old matter of the year 2013.
4.
Having found some reasonability in the above submission of the learned counsel for petitioner, the trial court is directed to dispose of C.C.No.635 of 2013 expeditiously not later than four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.
Accordingly, with the above directions, this criminal petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
