HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.42145 OF 2017 O R D E R :

This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus seeking direction to the respondents to act in accordance with law and to provide three phase individual service connection to the premises of the petitioner in Plot No.386, Sy.Nos.11/8, 11/9, 11/10 and 11/11, part of Sy.No.11, Khanamet Village, Serilingampally Mandal, R.R.District.

The 4th respondent filed counter stating that the subject land is covered by the orders of this Court and Supreme Court; that the property of the petitioner has been inspected after filing of the writ petition and revealed that there is only one single unit in the subject plot and already there is a single phase service connection hence as per the orders of this Court in WP.No.32614 of 2015 additional load can be given to the service connection which is already existing in the subject plot which fall within the area of Ayyappa Society.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 1 to 4 and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the 5th respondent.

Since it is admitted at 7th paragraph of the counter affidavit filed by the 4th respondent that as per the orders of this Court in WP.No.32614/2015 additional load can be given to the

subject premises, the respondents are directed to consider for providing three phase individual service connection to the premises of the petitioner in Plot No.386, Sy.Nos.11/8, 11/9, 11/10 and 11/11; part of Sy.No.11, Khanamet Village, Serilingampally Mandal, R.R.District.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending shall stand closed.
