This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging inaction of the V Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar, Hyderabad, in disposing of I.A.No.1277 of in O.S.No.1141 of 2017 pending on its file.

A report has been called for from the Court below and the report dt.30.01.2019 discloses that the Presiding Officer of the said Court was transferred on 30.12.2018 and thereafter the case was not taken up because there was no Presiding Officer.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that recently, a Presiding Officer has been posted to the Court of V Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar, Hyderabad.

In view of the same, the incumbent of the office of the V Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar, Hyderabad, shall decide I.A.No.1277 of 2017 in O.S.No.1141 of 2017 after hearing both sides, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

MSR, J CRP.No.7781 of 2018 Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
