The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.2 in not considering the representation of the petitioners and others dated 12.12.2018 and permitting respondent No.4 for setting up ground based tower in Survey No.188, near H.No.34-439, backside of Lakshmi Rice Mill, Pilliar Kovil Street, Murukambattu, Chittoor, as illegal and arbitrary.

Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the representation dated 12.12.2018, made by the petitioners seeking to stop the construction of tower near their houses, may be considered, at the earliest. The same is not opposed by the learned Government Pleaders.

Having regard to the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to consider the representation dated 12.12.2018, made by the petitioners seeking to stop the construction of tower, and pass orders in accordance with law, after hearing all concerned, as early as possible, preferably within a period of four to six weeks.
