Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition and learned Government Pleader for Irrigation.

Land acquisition notification under Section 11 of 'The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 ( for short Act, 2013) was issued on 31.8.2018 and the same was published in the newspapers on 8.9.2018. Petitioners claimed to have filed objections on various dates. Alleging inaction on objections filed and taking coercive steps, this writ petition is filed.

On instructions, learned Government Pleader fairly submits that so far enquiry as required under Section 15 of the Act, 2013 is not taken up and the objections filed by the petitioners would be duly considered before issuing declaration under Section 19 of the Act, 2013. 4.
Having regard to the said submission, writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to examine the objections already filed by petitioners before a declaration is issued under Section 19 of the Act, 2013.
