This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner-A.7 in Crime No.95 of 2016 of Rompicharla Police Station, Guntur District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 302, 120B I.P.C. r/w Section 34 I.P.C. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner-A.7 and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, apart from perusing the material available on record.

The earlier bail applications of the petitioner-A.7 in Crl.P. No.1313 of 2017 and Crl.P. No.10781 of 2017 were dismissed by this Court on 22.02.2017 and 14.11.2017 respectively. There are no changed circumstances. Hence, it is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner-A.7 under Section 438 Cr.P.C.

Hence, this Criminal Petition is dismissed.
