HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.47191 of 2018 ORDER:

The prayer of the petitioner in this case reads as under: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the petitioner herein prays that this Hon'ble court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order, or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.3 in considering the application dated 24.9.2013 submitted by the petitioner seeking correction of the revenue records in respect of lands to an extent of Acs.2.10 guntas in Survey No.75 and Acs.2.12 guntas in Survey No.

76 situated in Salkarpet Village, Bijinapally Mandal, Nagarkurnool District, as illegal, arbitrary, high-handed, discriminatory and void being in derogation of Articles-14 and 300-A of the Constitution of India so also the provisions of Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971, and consequently, to direct respondent No.3 to consider the application dated 24.9.2013 submitted by petitioner seeking correction of the revenue records in respect of lands to an extent of Acs.2.10 guntas in Survey No.75 and Acs.2.12 guntas in Survey No.76 situated in Salkarpet Village, Bijinapally Mandal, Nagarkurnook District and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit, just and proper in the circumstances of the case." As the petitioner's application dated 24.9.

2013 is stated to be pending with the Tahsildar, Bijinapally Mandal, Nagarkurnool District, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the said Tahsildar to consider the said application on its own merits and dispose of the same in accordance with law after giving due opportunity of hearing to all parties concerned. This exercise shall be completed expeditiously and in any event, not later than four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
