HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR CONTEMPT CASE No.2630 of 2017 ORDER:

The present Contempt Case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act stating that the respondent has willfully and deliberately disobeyed the order dated 21.09.2017 passed in W.P.No.32335 of 2017.

At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj & Rural Development would submit that the respondents have complied with the order dated 21.09.2017, which is not disputed by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. In view of the submission made, no order need to be passed and accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
