VRS, J & PKR, J W.P.No.47236 of 2018 HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE V.RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO Writ Petition No.47236 of 2018 ORDER: (per V. Ramasubramanian, J) The petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the respondents in treating him as a Non-local for the purpose of application of the Presidential Order, 1975, for admission to M.D. (Ayurveda) for the period 2018-19.

2. Apart from the merits of the case, the last date for admission to M.D. (Ayurveda) for the current academic year was over on 15-11-2018. In a batch of four writ petitions in W.P.Nos.41084 of 2018 and batch that this very Bench disposed of on 31-12-2018, this Court has rejected the request for admission beyond the cut off date.

Therefore, today, nothing can be done. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
