Petitioner seeks survey of the land claimed by her and claims that an application dated 11.12.2016 given by her to 4th respondent for the said survey is not acted upon. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner paid requisite fee to the 4th respondent. Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents states that petitioner should apply in 'Meeseva' seeking f-line subdivision by paying the requisite fee and unless such payment is made, the survey will not be done. Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to conduct survey as sought by the petitioner in case the petitioner has paid the fee payable for such survey, within six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order. 3.
