The grievance of the petitioner is that respondents have issued notification under Section 11(1) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 on 20-08-2017 in respect of Ac.3-33 cents in R.S.No.182/1 situated at Reddyganapavaram Village of Buttaigudem Mandal. The petitioner filed objections stating that respondents 7 to 12 have no right in respect of subject land. But the respondentauthorities without considering the same included name of one Bandaru Peramma in notification as beneficiary in the notification stated above and going ahead with the compensation. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Land Acquisition. In view of above, the 4th respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner stated to have been filed by the petitioner in accordance with law and take action.
