The grievance of the petitioner is that though her fair price shop authorisation is valid and subsisting, the respondents are not supplying stocks to the petitioner's fair price shop. Learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies produced written instructions dated 27.12.2017 stating that petitioner was issued suspension-cum-show cause notice.

In view of the above, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. However, it is open for the petitioner to challenge the said suspension-cum-show cause notice proceedings, in accordance with law. No order as to costs.
