This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:

"To issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the Respondent in not issuing the G.O. to the petitioner B.Ed. course for two years duration with an annual intake of 100 students (2 unit) for the academic 201718k pursuant to the formal recognition granted by No.SRO/NCTE/SRCAPP 2432/B.Ed/AP/2017-2018/93128 dated 2.5.2017 B.Ed. course as being illegal, arbitrary, improper, unjust and violation of the Rules and consequently direct the Respondents to grant permkission as well as G.O. to the petitioner institution B.Ed. course for two years duration with an annual intake of 100 students (2 unit) for the academic year 2017-2018 pursuant to the recognition granted by the NCTE dated 2.5.2017 by No.SRO/NCTE/SRCAPP2432/B.Ed./AP/2017-2018/93128 dated 2.5.2017 for conducting 2 year B.Ed course." 2.

Heard Smt.Y.Anupama Devi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader appearing for the Respondent.

When the matter is taken up, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, petitioner herein submitted a representation dated 8.5.2017 to the respondent and no orders have been passed on the said representation and a necessary direction may be issued to the respondent to pass appropriate orders on the said representation, in accordance with law, by fixing some time frame.

Recording the said submission and having regard to the nature of controversy, writ petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directing the respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 8.5.2017 said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
