This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/ A.1 to A.4 for grant of anticipatory bail in Crime No.308 of 2018 of Eluru Rural Police Station, West Godavari District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376(2)(i), 376(2)(n), 323, 506 read with 34 of I.P.C., Section 6 read with 5(1) and 17 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and Section 3(1)(s), 3(2)(va) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act, 2018. 2 .

In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioners/ A.1 to A.4 have not filed similar bail application/ s before the Court of Session. Under these circumstances, it is not appropriate to deal with this application by this Court. The petitioners/ A.1 to A.4 are at liberty to file similar bail application/ s before the Court of Session, if they choose to do so.

With the above observation, this Criminal Petition is disposed of.
