THE HONOURABLE Dr.JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2018 In Criminal Petition No.11950 of 2017 ORDER :

The petition in I.A.No. 1 of 2018, filed impleading the defacto complainant as 3rd respondent, is allowed. Registry to carry the amendment.

Both the defacto-complainant and the petitioner in FIR.No.972 of 2017, on the file of P.S.Mailardevpally, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy district, registered for the offences punishable u/ sec.307 IPC and Sec.25(1-B), 27 of Arms Act, along with their counsel are present. Both the parties stated that they have settled the dispute between them amicably and sought permission vide I.A.No. 2 of 2018 to compromise the matter.

In view of the compromise between the parties, the same is recorded and they are permitted to compound the offences. In the result, the I.A.No. 2 of 2018 is allowed. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is also allowed quashing the FIR.No.972 of 2017, dated 11.11.2017, on the file of P.S.Mailardevpally, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District, against the petitioner and he is acquitted. His bail bonds shall stand cancelled. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
