This Criminal Petition, under Section 439(1)(b) read with 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/ accused No.1, requesting to relax the conditions imposed in the order, dated 14.07.2017, passed in Crl.M.P.No.1076 of 2017 (Crime No.61 of 2017 of Suryaraopet Police Station) by the learned XIII Additional District & Sessions Judge (FTC), Vijayawada. 2 .

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/ accused No.1, learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondentState and perused the record. 3 .

In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner/ accused No.1 has not filed similar application before the Court, which granted bail to him. Under these circumstances, the petitioner/ accused No.1 is at liberty to file similar application before the same Court which imposed conditions while granting bail. In the event of dismissal of such petition, the petitioner/ accused can work out his remedies available under law. 4 .

With the above observations, this Criminal Petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
