THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO W.P.No.40630 of 2017 ORDER:

Petitioner had made an application to the 4th respondent on 08.07.2017 in A.P. Online, seeking survey of the land claimed by him and contends that the 4th respondent has not taken any action thereon.

G.P. for revenue appearing for the respondents, states that 4th respondent will cause a survey to be conducted through 5th respondent, as sought by petitioner, within six weeks.

Writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.4 to cause survey to be conducted through 5th respondent on petitioner's application dated 08.07.2017, within six weeks and communicate the same to the petitioner.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
