Petition filed under Sections 437 & 439 of Cr.P.C. praying that in the circumstances stated in the Grounds of Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to enlarge the petitioner on Bail in Crime No., 260 of 2017, dated 15-102017 P.S. Parkal, Warangal District on such condition or conditions. The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the memorandum of grounds filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Sri A. Sharat Chandra, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Addl. Public Prosecutor(TS) on behalf of Respondent-State, the Court made the following ORDER :- "Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/accused, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent State and perused the record. This petition is filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of bail to the petitioner/accused in Crime No.

260 of 2017 of Parkal Police Station, Warangal District, for the offences punishable under Sections 366, 376(2)(i)(n), 347 and 348 IPC and Section 5(I) read with Section 6 of POCSO Act, 2012. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and falsely implicated in this case. As per the material placed on record, the petitioner/accused was remanded to judicial custody on 24.10.2017. By the date of remand, twenty witnesses were examined including the punch witnesses. It is submitted on behalf of the prosecution that medical certificate is awaited. As per the prosecution case, the alleged date of offence is 27.09.2017 and a report was lodged on 15.10.2017. There is a delay in lodging the report.

Considering the totality of the circumstances, the petitioner/accused is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned I Additional Sessions Judge, Warangal District. On such release, the petitioner/accused shall attend before the Station House Officer concerned on every Saturday and Sunday between 09.00 and 10.00 a.m. till filing charge sheet.
