The grievance in this writ petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, filed by the petitioner is non-consideration of the representation, dated 01.09.2017, of the petitioner against an automobile service centre, which is a commercial activity being run in a residential locality of the petitioner and the inaction of the 2nd respondent in that regard. 2.

I have heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and, of Sri T.S.Venkata Ramana, learned Standing Counsel representing the 2nd respondent. I have perused the material record. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that if a direction is given to the 2nd respondent to consider and dispose of the representation, dated 01.09.2017, of the petitioner in accordance with the procedure established by law, the ends of justice would be met.

Learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent endorses the said submission.

Recording the aforesaid submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider and dispose of the representation, dated 01.09.2017, in strict accordance with the procedure established by law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, however, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the person, who is doing the commercial activity; and, communicate the decision taken thereon to the petitioner within a week thereafter. There shall be no order as to costs.
