This revision is filed aggrieved by non-disposal of CMA No.2 of 2017, on the file of X Additional District Judge's Court, Narsapur, filed against the order dated 06-06-2016 in I.A.No.404 of 2014 in O.S.No.67 of 2014 on the file of Principal Junior Civil Judge's Court, Palakol. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the CMA is adjourned at the instance of respondents without any sufficient cause.

It is to be seen that CMA filed against the order in I.A.No.404 of 2014.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the Court below is directed to dispose of the CMA No.2 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible.

Accordingly, the revision is disposed of. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision, shall stand closed.
