ORDER:

Petitioner is Ex-Sarpanch and presently Member of Mandal Parishad Territorial Constituency of Ganugapenta Panchayat. Petitioner alleges that though sanction was accorded for laying of B.T. road under MGNREGS scheme, the road is not laid as originally sanctioned, but activity is going on in some other place and the same is illegal. Pointing out that illegally road is being laid contrary to the proposals made and sanctioned, petitioner claimed to have submitted representation to the Superintending Engineer on 20.11.2018, copy of which is marked to the District Collector. 2.

Having regard to the allegation made in the representation, the District Collector is directed to examine the grievances ventilated by the petitioner in the said representation if the same is already received by him and take appropriate action as warranted by law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
