THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.42572 of 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the fourth respondent in not sending the petitioner's Service Register and Last Pay Certificate to the Office of District Horticulture and Sericulture, Sangareddy.

Learned Government Pleader, on the basis of instructions, submits that the fourth respondent had already sent the Service Register and Last Pay Certificate.

In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the present Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
