R.Sudheer v. The State Of Telangana,
THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR WRI T PETI TI ON NO.47525 OF 2018
O R D E R
The petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of the Inspector of Survey, Office of the Assistant Director, Survey Traverse Party, Hyderabad, in conducting a survey in respect of the lands in Survey Nos.100/1 and 114 of Tirumulgherry Village and Mandal, Hyderabad, despite issuance of Work Memo dated 11.12.2018 by the Regional Deputy Director, Survey and Land Records, Hyderabad.
While so, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, State of Telangana, would inform this Court that steps are being taken to complete the survey and notice dated 27.12.2018 was issued by the Inspector of Survey, Office of the Assistant Director, Survey Traverse Party, Hyderabad, requiring the petitioner and others to produce relevant documents in support of their claims and to be present at the location on 05.01.2019 at 10.00 AM without fail. A copy of the said notice is placed on record.
It is therefore clear that the Inspector of Survey, Office of the Assistant Director, Survey Traverse Party, Hyderabad, proposes to take up the survey in terms of the Work Memo dated 11.12.2018 issued by the Regional Deputy Director, Survey and Land Records, Hyderabad, which finds mention at Reference No.4 in the notice dated 27.12.2018. The writ petition is disposed of directing the fourth respondent to complete the survey and communicate the report to the petitioner expeditiously and in any event, not later than six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
